Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is an annual training requirement for all Registered Salespeople and Licence holders in the ACT Real Estate industry.
Every registered or licensed person is required to complete 12 CPD points each year - Licence holders before their renewal date on 30 June each year, and for Registered Salespeople, before their renewal date of 31 October.
Select Real Estate Training's ACT CPD Courses satisfy the requirements for both Registration and Licence holders, and as they are correspondence courses, you can complete your course in your own space and when it is convenient for you!
Training courses are prepared by experienced industry trainers, and meet the requirement of 8 CPD points in category 3, and 4 CPD points in Category 2.
If you are registered or licensed in both NSW and ACT you can combine your CPD for both states into one convenient course.
