Guy
Guy has been in the real estate sector since 1986 when he started out as a junior salesperson with Prudential Property Services in the UK, and 2 years later was managing 6 Estate Agency branches owned by a major UK Building Society, as well as being sales trainer for the network. When the Banks and Building Societies deserted the UK residential real estate sector in the early 90’s, Guy moved into the Banking and mortgage lending sector with the Building Society. However the lure of estate agency was too great and in 1993 left to start his own agency in a leafy corner of the UK – the Forest of Dean.
Opportunities in the French property market prompted a change in direction, and Homes in France, an agency specialising in bridging the language, cultural and legal obstacles to English speakers buying or selling residential property in France was established.
2000 saw a move to Australia (it was only supposed to be for 2 years!). Homes in France was licensed to a French Agent, and Guy started working with the LJHooker network, as trainer and coach, subsequently becoming CEO Property Training Solutions, an RTO wholly owned by LJHooker.
In 2014 Guy established, Select Real Estate Training, as well as Ramsey Innes Property Services, a property management agency operating in the Gold Coast and Northern districts of Sydney.
Belinda
Belinda brings many years of successful experience as a Training Coordinator to Select Real Estate Training. As well as looking after our students, course and assessment administration, and compliance issues, Belinda is also a qualified trainer and assessor, and holds CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate), the qualification required for the granting of a NSW Real Estate Licence.

All of our trainers and assessors are real estate professionals with extensive industry experience and hold a formal training and assessment qualification as well as a real estate licence
